3. Exhibition Attending Procedure
1). The participants fill in the application form of the exhibition, stamped with the common seal, past or fax to the commission.
2). Remit related payment of all exhibition fees to the appointed account 10 days after application.
3). The commission will obey the principle “pre-application, payment and arrange” and is entitled to remove or cancel the unpaid booth.
4). Other related issues: such as the delivery of the articles to be exhibited and deposit etc. please see Exhibition Brochure, which shall be handed out one month in advance.

(II). Forum Cost
1. Presentation fee for the forum
　　20 minutes will be given to each presentation maker that attends the forum, and the fee is 10000 Yuan. The presentation will be collected into the paper collection, and 2 free paper collections will be presented. Cooperation cocktail party and discussion conference fund will be designed, which is 30000 Yuan for each practice, with one quota for presentation will be designed for the forum.

2. Registration fee for the forum
Registration fee for domestic representatives:

Remit before Mar. 31st, 2006, the registration fee is 1600 Yuan/person
Remit before May. 31st, 2006, the registration fee is 1800 Yuan/person

II. Conference Objective
Dedicated to the integration and discussion between the nation, government and the construction field, IT field, financial field and news field. Under the macro guidance o the government, encourage innovation and discuss tactics in the perspective of policy & regulation, operation system, scientific & technical tackling and development of the industry.
